As a fellow, you will have the opportunity to participate in the health care community. You will meet many different disciplines on your rotations. GME mandates membership on committees and participation in QI and patient safety projects where you will make more connections. Sioux Falls is big enough to have a lot of opportunities, but not so big that you have to wait in line to participate.
